  • 至少 360 Units
    1 门课 ≈ 9 / 12 / 15 units

  • 普通节奏：

    • 四年 = 8 学期 ≈ 360–400 units

  • A requirement for graduation is the completion of the program specified for a degree with a cumulative quality point average of 2.00 or higher for all courses taken at CMU. 

  • Students must be recommended for a degree by the faculty of SCS.

  • A candidate for the bachelor’s degree must complete at the university a minimum of four semesters of full-time study, or the equivalent of part-time study, comprising at least 180 units of course work.

  • Students will be required to have met all financial obligations to the university before being awarded a degree.

  • 物理 / 生物 / 化学 / 工程任选

三、毕业不是“自动”的，你要自己盯 3 个系统

🧠 1️⃣ Degree Audit（最重要）

  • CMU 官方毕业审计系统

  • 显示你：

    • 还缺哪些 requirement

    • 哪些课被算进哪个模块

👉 每学期必须自己 check

👩‍🏫 2️⃣ Academic Advisor（不是保姆）

  • Advisor 不会帮你规划人生

  • 你要：

    • 主动约

    • 带着 plan 去问

📚 3️⃣ Course Catalog（避免修废课）

  • 有些课：

    • 看起来很牛

    • 但不算进毕业 requirement

📌 SCS 有很多“陷阱课”

四、能不能 3 年毕业？——现实评价

能，但不建议，除非你属于下面 3 种人之一：

✅ 适合 3 年毕业的人

  • 有大量 AP / IB / A-Level 抵学分

  • 已经会：

    • 算法

    • 系统

    • ML

  • 心理承受能力极强（SCS 压力顶级）

❌ 不适合的人

  • 想做 research

  • 想双专业 / 双学位

  • 想实习 / 创业 / 音乐 / 游戏（你属于这里）

👉 SCS = 资源密度极高，快毕业反而亏

SCS 最值钱的不是毕业证，是：

  • 顶级 CS 训练

  • 顶级人脉

  • 顶级实习 / research 机会

对你这种情况（你偏：CS + 音乐 / 游戏 / AI）：

  • 4 年毕业

  • 中途：

    • 修 HCI / ML / Systems

    • 做 project / research

    • 实习 ≥ 2 次

  • 比 3 年毕业 值钱得多
