The top things that I feel unsatisfied with
I was feeling tired all day, and I don’t have the power to do anything.
I always follow the curriculum to complete work; therefore, I become discouraged when it comes to self-interested work.
Top 3 things I always complain about
I am poor
I looks ugly
I am always tired
How would others think about me with those things
He is a 颓废的 person
5-10 years beyond
I was sitting on a chair in my office, staring at the ceiling and doing nothing because I’m too tired.
MVP after 3 years with my goal and dream
I was in a library and studying about advanced courses, getting involved with professors, getting tons of chances in labs, and having several of my own works displayed.
I was the type of person who doesn’t feel tired and has 精力 to do anything I wish.
I was the type of person who could speak fluent English, almost like a native speaker, and get involved in the US community.
I wish I were the type of person who could type fast, read fast, and write English Essays with no obstacles!!!
What would I do if I were to become that kind of person
I will probably learn English vocabulary and practice writing and speaking from now on.
What should I do during the day if I feel lost
(1) 早上:心理挖掘(Psychological Excavation)
- 先写你「一直忍受的钝痛式不满」
- 写你一年内最常抱怨的 3 件事
- 逼你承认:旁观者看你的行为会觉得你真正想要什么
- 建立「反愿景(anti-vision)」:想象 5 年、10 年后如果完全不改变,你的一个普通星期二长怎样、你失去什么、别人怎么评价你
- 接着建立「最小可行愿景(MVP vision)」:如果 3 年后你想要的生活成真,你的普通星期二长怎样
- 写身份句:「我是那种会……的人(I am the type of person who…)」
- 问自己:如果你已经是那个人,本周你会做的第一件事是什么
(2) 白天:打断自动驾驶(interrupt autopilot)
- 设提醒(reminders/calendar events),用问题中断你习惯性的逃避
- 问题围绕:我现在在逃避什么?我在往讨厌的生活走还是往想要的生活走?我哪些行为是在保护身份而不是真心?
(3) 晚上:综合洞见(synthesize insight)
- 今天我卡住的真正原因是什么?
- 真正的敌人是什么(内在模式/信念,而不是外界)?
- 用一句话浓缩反愿景(我拒绝变成什么)
- 用一句话浓缩愿景(我在建造什么)
- 分三层目标镜头(lens):一年 / 一月 / 明天要做的 2–3 个行动(timeblock)
